WEBSITE CHANNEL FOR UBANK
Context: Currently, UBank only has a mobile app channel for customers. If the app has an issue, there will be no backup channel for users. Proposal: Open a UBank website for users to use on their computers. Basic activities such as transferring money, viewing balance, viewing transaction history should be available right on this website. Benefits: Having a backup channel gives customers more choices. That will make them feel easier, improve user experience and their preference with UBank. |
