SOME IDEAS TO IMPROVE CONTENT OF FE CREDIT FANPAGE

Context: FE Credit facebook fanpage is one of the company’s main online marketing channels. However, currently, it seems still to be one-way content with no real connection with customers.

Proposal: Implement the following activities/content to optimize fanpage content:
1. Stop using clone accounts to comment. These fake comments (200-300 comments per post) result in inaccurate reporting, waste time/effort of many people and provide minimal value.
2. Create content to educate existing customers, focus on their pain points. For example: How to pay the loan on time? What if I pay late 3 days? What to do when I have been marked as bad debt? I think that the consultant has something shady, what should I do? …
3. Create content regarding the company’s activities: FE Credit office story, how we work, how we bring a product to market, an interesting fact about FE Credit…
4. Create content to ask opinions from customers: votes, giving opinions about products and services, sharing thoughts about FE Credit…

Benefits: The implementation of the above idea is expected to help increase customer engagement on fanpage, improve their understanding of the FE Credit. These organic interactions will also help the FE Credit fanpage to be ranked highly by Facebook, bringing a significant communication effect.
