KNOWLEDGE PAGE OF WORKING PROCESS FOR EACH DEPARTMENT
Context: Whenever there is a personnel change in a project/department, it often happens that the old personnel did not fully hand over, the new one does not understand the whole working process, so they make many mistakes. It takes time and affects employee’s performance. Proposal: Each department creates a knowledge page of their working process. Eg. for Collections team, there will be: – Applicable object – Signs to identify customers/jobs – Grouping of customers/jobs – Solution/How to handle The content can be consulted by well-performed staffs. In addition, this page will link to other departments/units to show the interaction. For example: Sale+Underwriting+Phone Collection+Home Collection+QC Benefits: The knowledge page is compiled from excellent staffs, so it is accurate, reliable and efficient. Relying on it, the new members will understand the working process faster. It will also create a seamless and unified flow of information between departments, so that the work can be operated more optimally. |
