”Make Ideas Rewarding” is a contest ran by Innovation Center of FE CREDIT for people to share their ideas and initiatives to improve work efficiency or enhance customer experience at FE CREDIT–UBank–SmartPay. Valid ideas will be evaluated based on Creativity, Feasibility and Business benefits.

The implementation time of the Make Ideas Rewarding program is divided into several Sessions.

Each Session includes:

a Weekly contest
a The ideas that are passed the Week contest will continue to be Evaluated and Voted at the Session level.
a The best idea among Sessions will have a chance to receive a special prize of the year.

Currently, the Make Ideas Rewarding program 2022 is receiving ideas for Session 3 – ACCELERATION.

From July 11 to September 9, 2022 is the time of the week-level competition of Session3 – ACCELERATION. Successful submission ideas will be preliminarily evaluated and awarded weekly by the Innovation Center.
