Context: Chat funtion on the FE Online Mobile App currently only supports for texts which is time-consuming, misleading messages (wrong word, abbreviation, incomplete expression, etc.) discussed between Customer Service and customers directly affecting assistance service quality discussed between Customer Service and customers directly affecting assistance service quality. Idea proposal: Build Voice message feature on FE Online Mobile App similarly to Zalo/Facebook Messenger. Customer records his/her voice and sends to Customer Service and vice versa. Benefits: Verbal communication is always the best way to deliver message, express idea compared to text, especially in those cases where customers are in impatience. With Voice message, Customer Service staff is able to quickly adopt customers’ intention and emotion. Since then, staff can provide assistance in a flexible and accurate way. |
